Peter joined BUGGE VALENTIN as a legal assistant while still at university and has gained comprehensive experience in all fields of IP law, with a particular emphasis on trademarks, patents and designs. Peter provides qualified litigation support and has started litigating inher own right. He also advises clients on contractual issues and assists with trademark filing and prosecution as part of our dedicated trademarks and design prosecution team.
