BUGGE VALENTIN ranked top tier by world trademark review

The world’s leading trademark law publication World Trademark Review has once again ranked BUGGE VALENTIN in the top tier (gold) in Denmark. Also, on the individual side, the gold position was achieved. The ranking was accompanied by the following comments on the firm’s and its individuals’ abilities within this field:

“Bugge Valentin is a constantly growing firm … . The team are phenomenal litigators, fully focused on their clients’ goals and the best way to achieve them; overall they are great to work with and have fantastic personalities.”

Though a relatively young boutique, Bugge Valentin is stacked with prestigious professionals with decades of experience who offer the full IP service. Jens Jakob Bugge captains the close-knit team and is most at home when representing clients before the courts, including the Danish Supreme Court as well as the CJEU, and handles high-profile, high-stakes trademark disputes with a deft touch. Likewise, colleague Anders Valentin never falters under pressure, mostly handling matters for internationally oriented clients including the likes of Orkla, who he recently represented before the Danish Trademark Office concerning the registration of a 3D trademark which is now on appeal at the High Court. On the non-contentious side, Christian Kragelund is a perceptive prosecutor and is praised by patrons for his ability to “provide great legal advice with close attention to detail, his industry insight as well as his strategic mind is highly valuable.”
