Anders advises Danish and international clients in all areas of IP (patents, SPCs trademarks, copyright, design, marketing law, media & entertainment and trade secrets) and Life Science & Healthcare with a primary focus on litigation and contracts. Anders has more than 25 years’ experience as a litigator in preliminary injunction proceedings, preservation of evidence and main actions, including Supreme Court proceedings, as well as in the coordination of multi-jurisdictional litigation.

Anders regularly represents clients before the Danish Medicines Agency, the Danish Patents and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

Anders has served for many years as part-time lecturer in Intellectual Property at the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen and co-founded the annual Nordic Intellectual Property Law Moot Court (NIR). Teaching the subject Design Law, he was for several years also part-time lecturer at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (The School of Design). He has written several articles on IP and Life Science & Health Care matters and provided input to international works of reference concerning IPR, including directories on IP law for Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Anders also contributes for Denmark to the  Kluwer Patent Blog.
